The days might be growing shorter but our feature list keeps getting longer. Hot on the heels of being awarded Best Emerging Technology Solution, Sapho is adding support for Oracle Sales Cloud, Zendesk, Google Analytics, Box, and IBM Watson Workspace in our latest 3.2 release
Oracle Sales Cloud integration extends Sapho's Oracle support
We recently added Oracle EBS to our connector family and now we’re pleased to announce that Oracle Sales Cloud has also joined the ranks of Sapho connectors. Sapho’s integration with Oracle Sales Cloud comes with micro apps targeting different stages of the sales process as well as all the activities that go along with them.
One of the Sales Cloud micro apps is for all things related to leads - create new leads, browse and review existing leads, and even convert leads to opportunities.
And the opportunity stage is exactly where another Sales Cloud micro app picks up by offering an overview of all opportunities and accounts.
And, a view of all activities helps salespeople stay on top of all sales-related tasks and meetings.
Google Analytics added to Sapho’s Google integrations
Sapho has long integrated with Google technologies such as Google Cloud deployment, Google Authentication, Google Groups, BigQuery, and Google Calendar. In this release we are adding support for Google Analytics. Catch up on daily statistics and get an immediate overview of your site’s performance with our ready-made graphs offering a view of key trends over a period of either 7 or 30 days.
Share files in micro apps with Box
Box is a leading application for file sharing and collaboration and Sapho now comes with a new Box connector right out of the - ahem - box. Once the connector is set up, you can embed all types of files from your Box account on the pages in your micro apps. For example, you can now add contracts stored in Box to your Salesforce pages and in any other micro app.
Additional CRM support with Zendesk
A recent Gartner report naming Zendesk the fastest growing of the top 20 CRM vendors shows just how Zendesk is really becoming a powerhouse in the Customer Relationship market. Sapho is proud to deliver a built-in Zendesk connector complete with micro apps.
For example, Sapho includes a micro app that enables employees access to all of their recent and historical communication with their internal service desk and also lets them easily post a new question, problem, or incident. And of course they are immediately notified of changes to their requests through their Sapho feed.
Another Zendesk micro app is sure to please service desk managers. This one comes full of pre-built graphs aimed at giving them an immediate overview of team performance. So no matter where the managers are, they can get up-to-the-minute information about important statistics such as average versus maximum overall resolution time.
